Al Faisal Al Zubair is a racing driver hailing from Oman, born on April 17, 1998. Currently 26 years old, Al Faisal has built a solid career in motorsport, showcasing his talents in various racing series. His career started in 2015, where he competed in British Formula 4 racing, securing a podium finish and placing fourth overall in the Autumn Trophy. In 2016, he moved to the BRDC British Formula 3 Championship with Fortec Motorsports.
Al Faisal has achieved significant success in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Middle East, winning the championship in both 2017-2018 and 2018-2019, making history as the first driver to win consecutive championships in the series. He has also participated in the Porsche Mobil 1 Super Cup. In 2023, he secured two wins in the GT Open, and finished 3rd overall in 2021 with three wins. Other achievements include a 3rd place in the GT Asian Le Mans 2023, and a win in the Silver Cup in GTWCE Endurance 2022.
As of 2024, Al Faisal Al Zubair is competing in the GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS, driving a Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO for AlManar Racing by GetSpeed. His current competition is the Fanatec GT Endurance Cup. Throughout his career, Al Faisal Al Zubair has recorded 13 wins, 28 podiums, 12 pole positions, and 16 fastest laps out of 138 starts.
