Zoel Amberg, born on September 25, 1992, is a former professional racing driver hailing from Stans, Switzerland. Amberg began his motorsport journey in karting in 2004, spending several years competing primarily in his native Switzerland. Progressing through the junior ranks, he eventually reached the KF3 and KF2 categories by 2008, also becoming a works driver for Birel Motorsport during that time.
In 2009, Amberg transitioned to single-seater racing, participating in both the Italian and Swiss Formula Renault 2.0 championships with Jenzer Motorsport. The following year, he secured the title in the Formula Renault 2.0 Middle European Championship. He further expanded his racing resume by competing in series like GP3 and the European F3 Open Championship. In 2015, Amberg joined TEAM SARD MORAND to race in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) in the LMP2 category, sharing driving duties in the #39 Morgan EVO SARD. He also participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Before that, in 2014, he finished 11th in the Formula Renault 3.5 series.
