Philip Ma

Philip Ma Ching Yeung, born on May 1, 1963, is a Hong Kong S.A.R. racing driver with a diverse career spanning touring car and endurance racing. Beyond the track, Ma is a director at Tai Sang Land Development and Tai Sang Bank, family businesses established by his father, Ma Kam-chan.

Ma's racing endeavors include participation in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) and the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia. In 2008, he invested in Team Hong Kong Racing, fielding Aston Martin Vantage V8 race cars in the Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race. He also competed in the 1000 km of Okayama and the 1000 km of Zhuhai in the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup. In 2011, Ma joined Proteam BMW for the final two WTCC rounds and partnered with AF Corse in the 6 Hours of Zhuhai. Throughout his career, Ma has participated in GT and touring car competitions, securing victories in Macau Super Car races and clinching the 2009 Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Class B title. According to SnapLap, Ma has 131 starts, 1 win, 3 podium finishes, and 2 pole positions.

Outside of racing and business, Philip Ma is the Vice Chairman of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals and a World Fellow of the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation.
