Maciej Marcinkiewicz

Maciej Marcinkiewicz, born on January 27, 1978, in Olsztyn, Poland, is a highly accomplished racing driver with a career spanning several motorsport disciplines. Marcinkiewicz began his racing journey in karting before transitioning to Formula racing. In 1999, he secured the Polish Formula 3 Championship title and achieved victories in the Austrian Formula 3 series at Automotodrom Brno. He further honed his skills in the Central European Formula 3 Championship, driving a Dallara.

Transitioning to GT racing, Marcinkiewicz debuted in the FIA GT series in 2002 with the Polish Alda team, piloting a Porsche 911 GT2. He continued in the FIA GT series with Proton Competition, showcasing his abilities at circuits like Automotodrom Brno, Donington, and Monza. In the following years, he achieved notable results in the Polish Endurance Championship, securing multiple championship titles. In 2011, he won the European Radical Cup.

In recent years, Marcinkiewicz has continued to be a prominent figure in Polish motorsport, participating in events like the FIA Motorsport Games and the GT4 European Series. He has also ventured into driver coaching and is involved in major Polish automotive events like Verva Street Racing. Furthermore, he shares his expertise as a host of the automotive TV magazine "Autofan.tv" on TVP Olsztyn.
