Humaira Mushtaq

Humaira Mushtaq, born on December 10, 1999, is a pioneering racing driver hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, India. From a young age of four, she developed a passion for motorsports, starting with go-karting. Defying societal norms, she transitioned into competitive single-seater racing. Humaira holds the distinction of being the first female Indian car racer to participate in the prestigious British Endurance Championship (BEC) in London, driving a 620 hp Aston Martin. She also secured the distinction of being the first woman from South Asia to obtain an ITCCC license, granting her the opportunity to compete in the championship.

Humaira began her professional journey with JK Tyres and later transitioned to MRF to gain exposure in touring cars. She balanced her racing dreams with her studies in dentistry. Representing India on an international platform has been a source of immense pride for her, and she is determined to break barriers and inspire future generations of women in motorsports. With the next season on the horizon, Humaira is focusing on extensive training across Europe and the Middle East to refine her skills. She is eager to compete on behalf of India in key races lined up in Spain, England, and Dubai.
