David Robinson

David Robinson, born on October 8, 1988, is a British racing driver hailing from High Wycombe. Robinson's career began in karting at the age of 9, where he achieved national success at Cadet, Junior, and Senior levels. Despite facing financial constraints that briefly halted his racing pursuits at 18, he returned to motorsport in 2011, entering the Caterham Academy Series. He quickly made an impact, securing 3rd place in the championship. The year concluded with a Caterham Autumn Trophy win, setting the stage for further accomplishments.

In 2012, Robinson moved to the Caterham Tracksport Series, amassing nine podiums and claiming the title, a feat acknowledged by Autosport Magazine. He continued his success in the Caterham Supersport series in 2013, achieving 13 podiums and another championship victory. Progressing to the premier UK Caterham series, he finished as runner-up in 2014 before ultimately clinching the championship in 2015 with a record-breaking nine wins in 12 races. Beyond domestic competition, Robinson has represented Caterham UK in Taiwan and Colombia, securing wins in national series.

In more recent years, Robinson has participated in the MINI Challenge JCW Championship, demonstrating his adaptability by racing front-wheel-drive cars and working with slick tires. He also works as a test driver for Jaguar Land Rover.
