Benjamin Hites

Benjamin Hites Michelson, born on May 3, 1999, is a Chilean racing driver making his mark in the world of GT racing. Hites began his racing career in 2017 in Top Race Argentina. He then transitioned to the Ferrari Challenge North America in 2018, showcasing his talent with multiple wins and podium finishes.

Hites has participated in prestigious series like the GT World Challenge Europe, the International GT Open, and the IMSA SportsCar Championship. In 2023, he competed in the ADAC GT Masters for Grasser Racing Team. His career highlights include a win in the 2021 GT Open, participation in the Intercontinental GT Challenge in 2020 and 2021, and a 5th place Silver finish in the GTWCE Sprint Cup in 2020, which included a win. He also achieved a pole position and second-place finish at Misano in the GT World Challenge Europe.

In 2023, Hites started his campaign competing in the first two races of the IMSA SportsCar Championship in the GTD class with Forte Racing. He finished 7th in the 24 Hours of Daytona and retired from the 12 Hours of Sebring.
