Andy Lee, born on December 18, 1982, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is a versatile American racing driver with a career spanning various motorsport disciplines. Lee's journey into racing began unconventionally, working as a technician and instructor at the Bondurant Racing School near Phoenix, Arizona. This hands-on experience provided him with invaluable track time and knowledge, laying the foundation for his professional career.

Lee's career highlights include achievements in karting, winning the Florida Winter Tour Championship in 2008 and being named "Privateer of the Year" by Kart Sport Magazine in 2007. He transitioned to full-sized cars in 2008, participating in the Volkswagen Jetta TDI Cup, where he secured a win, set two track records, and achieved three podium finishes in 2009, ultimately finishing second in the championship. His diverse experience also includes competing in the Baja 1000 off-road race and the VW Scirocco Cup in England.

In 2012, Andy Lee made his move to professional racing in the Pirelli World Challenge Series, driving a Chevrolet Camaro with support from Chevrolet, Bondurant, and Best IT. He earned Rookie of the Year honors and finished second in the championship. Throughout his career, Lee has accumulated over 100 professional race starts, securing 11 wins, 40 podiums, and 15 pole positions across various series, including Trans Am, IMSA, and SRO World Challenge. He also has experience in GT racing, including the IMSA SportsCar Championship and Lamborghini Super Trofeo. Beyond racing, Lee is a driver coach and co-founder of Track Rekord, where he provides instruction to help drivers improve their skills and safety on the track.
