Leong Ian Veng

Leong Ian Veng, also known as Kelvin Leong, is a Macanese racing driver born on September 12, 1968. Leong began his racing career in 2008 in the Macau Touring Car Championship, where he competed until 2013, ultimately securing the championship title in that year.

In 2012, Leong made his debut in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) with the Son Veng Racing Team, driving a Honda Accord Euro R in the Chinese round. Beyond the WTCC, Leong has been a consistent presence in various Macau-based racing events, including the Macau GT Cup and the CTM Macau Touring Car Cup. In 2015, he triumphed in the Macau Road Sport Challenge driving a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 9 and finished third in the CTM Macau Touring Car Cup. In 2017, Leong won a shortened race of the CTM Macau Touring Car Cup, driving a Mitsubishi EVO 9. In November 2024, he was the quickest among the Macau drivers, posting the eighth-best time overall in the Great Bay GT Race Free Practice session.

Throughout his career, Leong has demonstrated his skill and adaptability on the challenging Guia Circuit and other racing venues.
