Jehan Daruvala

Jehan Daruvala, born on October 1, 1998, is an Indian racing driver with a diverse career spanning various motorsport categories. Daruvala's journey began in karting at the age of thirteen, where he quickly demonstrated his talent by winning the 2012 Asia-Pacific Championship and the 2013 Super 1 National Championship. His early success caught the attention of the Force India F1 team, where he became a protégé after winning their 'One in a Billion' hunt in 2011, designed to discover and nurture Indian racing talent.

Daruvala's single-seater career took off as he progressed through Formula Renault and Formula 3 championships. In 2019, he competed in the inaugural FIA Formula 3 season, securing two wins and finishing third in the championship. This performance earned him a spot in the Red Bull Junior Team. He then moved to Formula 2, where he spent four seasons, achieving multiple wins and podiums. In 2024, Daruvala transitioned to Formula E, joining Maserati MSG Racing.

In March 2025, Daruvala announced that he would be taking a sabbatical from racing in 2025 due to various circumstances. Despite this break, he expressed a strong desire to return to motorsport and continue representing India on a global stage.
