Takuya Izawa

Takuya Izawa, born on June 1, 1984, is a highly accomplished Japanese racing driver currently competing in both the Japanese Super Formula Championship and the Japanese Super GT Series. After graduating at the top of his class from the Suzuka Circuit Racing School Formula (SRS-F) in 2002, Izawa embarked on a diverse and successful career in motorsports.

Izawa's career highlights include racing in the Formula Renault Germany series, Formula Dream, and the All Japan F3 Championship. Progressing into Super GT, he narrowly missed the championship title in 2009, finishing as runner-up.
