Todd Clarke is an American racing driver who has competed in the SK Light division at Stafford Motor Speedway. Born on February 26, 1963, Clarke combines his passion for racing with a career as an architect. He is married to Ida and has two children, Ashley and Taylor. Clarke's racing endeavors are supported by Blue Moon Design, his primary sponsor, and his car is a Chevrolet with a GRE chassis and an engine built by R.A.D. Auto Machine.
Clarke's involvement in racing spans several years, having participated in the SK Light division from 2008 to 2011 and again from 2014 onwards.
