Spencer Brockman is an American racing driver with a promising career in motorsports. Born and raised in Westport, Connecticut, Brockman began his racing journey at a young age, showcasing his talent and passion for speed early on. His father, Michael Brockman, was a racer and also worked for Motor Trend Magazine.
Brockman's early success in go-karts, including a Rookie of the Year award, paved the way for his transition to full-sized Formula cars. By the age of 15, he had already obtained his Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) license and was competing in Formula 2000 events, reaching speeds of 150 mph. Despite his young age, Brockman quickly established himself as a formidable competitor, securing a 4th place finish in his first professional race and winning his very next race in the rain.
In 2020, Brockman achieved a significant milestone by winning the SCCA National Championships in Wisconsin, dedicating the victory to his late father. He was also awarded the prestigious RRDC Mark Donohue Award for his outstanding performance, competitiveness, and sportsmanship at the Runoffs.
