Roldan Rodriguez

Roldán Rodríguez Iglesias, born on November 9, 1984, is a Spanish racing driver with a career spanning various motorsport categories. Rodríguez began his racing journey in Formula Junior 1600 Spain in 2002 before progressing to the Spanish Formula Three Championship in 2003. He spent four seasons in this series, consistently improving and ultimately finishing as the runner-up in 2006, behind Ricardo Risatti.

In 2004, Rodríguez also participated in the Nissan World Series, alongside his Formula Three commitments, securing two points in nine races. 2006 saw him driving for the Minardi Euroseries 3000 team while continuing his campaign in Spanish F3. From 2007 to 2009, Roldán competed in the GP2 Series. He initially drove for Giancarlo Minardi's team in collaboration with Hitech/Piquet Sports. After a year without a GP2 drive, he returned to Fisichella Motor Sport and later Piquet GP, achieving a third-place finish in the 2008-09 GP2 Asia Series.

Rodríguez had a Formula One test with Minardi in 2005. He was considered for a race seat with Campos Grand Prix in 2010 but ultimately decided to take a break from motorsport. Throughout his career, Roldán Rodríguez demonstrated his capabilities as a racing driver, achieving success in multiple racing series.
