Philip Bloom is an American racing driver with experience in various sports car racing series. Bloom hails from Nantucket, Massachusetts. He has participated in series such as TC America and GT America, driving BMWs for Fast Track Racing/Classic BMW.

Bloom's racing career includes competing in the BMW M240iR Cup and the BMW M4 GT4. In 2017, he suffered a serious accident at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) during an IMSA event while driving a Porsche GT3 Cup car. Despite the setback, he returned to COTA and continued his racing career. In 2021, Bloom participated in the GT America GT4 50-minute sprint competition, driving the No. 11 Classic BMW BMW M4 GT4 sports car. He also drove the BMW M4 GT4 in the SRO Intercontinental GT Challenge 8-Hour race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 2020.

In 2016, Bloom achieved podium finishes in the IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA, securing second and third place finishes. He was driving the #11 car sponsored by Tradewind Aviation and the Philip Bloom Gallery. According to driverdb.com, Philip Bloom has participated in 47 races and achieved 15 podium finishes.
