He is the founder of both TA2NZ and Eastern Automotive Performance Centre.

Manuell's racing accolades include the 2001-2002 NZV8 Championship, marking a significant milestone in his career. In 2016, he secured the NZV8 Ute Sprint Series Championship, showcasing his versatility and skill across different vehicle types. His success extends beyond New Zealand, as he claimed the 2019 Asia TA2 Championship alongside his co-driver, Jaylyn Robotham. Back on home soil, Manuell dominated the NZV8 Ute Championship, winning consecutive titles in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

Driven by his passion for racing and recognizing the need for parity in V8 racing, Manuell founded TA2NZ after his experience in the Asian TA2 series and meeting TA2 Australia founder, Peter Robinson.
