Nikita Dmitryevich Mazepin, born on March 2, 1999, is a Russian racing driver and motorsport executive. Mazepin's career began in karting, reaching the CIK-FIA Karting European Championship in 2012. In 2014, he finished second to Lando Norris in the Karting World Championship. Progressing to single-seaters, he competed in Formula Renault 2.0 and the FIA Formula 3 European Championship. In 2018, he finished as runner-up in the GP3 Series.
Mazepin moved to Formula 2 in 2019, and in 2020, he finished fifth in the standings with Hitech, securing two wins and six podiums. He became a test driver for Force India from 2016 to 2018. In 2021, Mazepin joined Haas in Formula 1, racing under a neutral flag representing the Russian Automobile Federation. His debut season was challenging, with a best finish of 14th place in Azerbaijan.
After being removed from Haas due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Mazepin has since participated in rally raid tests with Kamaz Master and competed in the Asian Le Mans Series in 2023. In 2025, he joined the Middle East Trophy, driving for Graff Racing.
