Kurt Leimer is a Swiss racing driver with a Swiss/Hong Kong background who began his modern racing career in 2021. At 22 years old, he debuted in the Porsche Sprint Challenge GB with Team Parker Racing. Leimer had previously participated in the historic Bernina Gran Turismo hillclimb in Switzerland, driving a 911 SR that had been restored by his family. This sparked his interest in modern Porsche machinery and circuit racing.
In his first season, Leimer aimed to improve his driving skills, and has since participated in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Benelux. In 2021, his Porsche Sprint Challenge GB car featured a distinctive livery based on the traditional Chinese Lion Dance, symbolizing good luck.
