Racing driver Jonathan Adam

Jonathan "Jonny" Adam, born on September 4, 1984, is a highly accomplished British racing driver with a career spanning multiple racing disciplines. Known for his prowess in sports car racing, Adam has become a factory driver for Aston Martin Racing. His early career saw him excel in karting, followed by success in the SEAT Cupra Championship, which he won in both 2007 and 2008. He also secured the Elf Renault Clio Cup title in 2005, showcasing his versatility early on.

Adam's career highlights include multiple British GT Championship titles, which he won in 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019, making him one of the most successful drivers in the series. In 2017, he achieved a significant milestone by winning the LMGTE Pro class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He has also competed in prestigious series such as the FIA World Endurance Championship, GT World Challenge Endurance/Sprint, and the European Le Mans Series.

In recent years, Adam has continued to be a strong contender in various GT competitions, securing a Le Mans 24 Hour GTE AM class win in 2020 and finishing third in the 2023 British GT Championship. Beyond racing, he works as a driver coach and continues to compete in British GT with Blackthorn AMR, as well as the European and Asian Le Mans Series with TF Sport.
