Graham Rahal, born on January 4, 1989, is an accomplished American race car driver currently competing in the IndyCar Series with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, a team co-owned by his father, Bobby Rahal, the 1986 Indianapolis 500 winner, along with David Letterman and Mike Lanigan. Rahal made history as the second-youngest driver to ever compete in an IndyCar race when he debuted in 2007 at the age of 18. A six-time IndyCar Series race winner, five of those wins have come since 2015.
Rahal's career includes a Champ Car Atlantic Series where he secured five race wins and finished second overall in 2006. He has consistently placed within the top 10 in the IndyCar Series championship standings, achieving a career-best fourth place in 2015, and again finishing 6th in 2020.
Off the track, Rahal is known for his diverse interests. He is married to former NHRA drag racer Courtney Force. Together, they founded the Graham and Courtney Rahal Foundation, dedicated to supporting veterans' causes and cancer research. Rahal is also a businessman, owning Graham Rahal Performance, two Rahal Ducati dealerships, and Rahal Paint Protection. An avid golfer and Ohio State fan, he enjoys high-end cars and motorcycles, including a race-winning Ducati team.
