Gabriele Piana, born on August 23, 1986, is an Italian racing driver who has achieved significant success in the GT4 category. Piana's journey in motorsport began in karting in 1994. After dedicating time to his studies and business, he returned to racing in 2013, committing to a full-time career. Since his first car race in 2014, he has accumulated over 50 wins and 100 podiums in international races and was a Mercedes-AMG Factory driver.
Piana is a two-time champion of the ADAC GT4 Germany, securing titles in 2020 and 2021 with Hofor Racing by Bonk Motorsport. He also won the GT4 European Series in 2023 and has five class wins at the Nürburgring 24 Hours. In 2018, he achieved an overall victory at the Dubai 24 Hour race. Other notable achievements include the European GT4 PRO-AM Vice-Champion in 2019, ADAC GT4 Vice-Champion in 2019, and Blancpain Endurance Series Silver Cup Vice-Champion in 2018.
