Dmitry Gvazava is a Russian racing driver born on March 15, 1988, in Gudauta, Georgia. The 36-year-old has built a diverse career in various GT racing series.
Gvazava's achievements include winning the Italian GT Sprint Pro-Am Championship in 2023 with Imperiale Racing, alongside co-driver Philippe Denes. In the same year, he also participated in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Sprint Cup with Imperiale Racing. He has also secured a podium finish in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe Pro-Am Cup. Earlier in his career, Gvazava was a two-time winner of the Mitjet Russian Cup and secured three podiums in the French GT4 Cup.
In 2024, Gvazava has been competing in the Italian GT Championship - Endurance - GT3 Am with Imperiale Sport Car Service and Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Sprint Cup - Bronze Cup with Impériale Racing.
