Dale Albutt

Dale Albutt is a racing driver hailing from the United Kingdom. In 2019, Albutt secured the Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT5 Challenge Am Class title in only his second full year of racing. Driving for Yorkshire-based Quattro Motorsport, the then 32-year-old achieved five wins, seven second-place finishes, and three thirds out of 18 races. He also claimed four pole positions and three fastest laps during the season. The title battle was closely contested, with Albutt ultimately emerging victorious at the final weekend at Donington Park.

Prior to his championship-winning year, Albutt competed as a privateer and finished fourth in the GT5 Challenge Am class in 2018, achieving a podium finish at Knockhill. The 2019 GT5 Challenge race calendar included events at prominent circuits such as Oulton Park, Thruxton, Silverstone, Zandvoort in Holland, and Snetterton. In 2021, Albutt participated in the Britcar Endurance Championship with his father, Mark Albutt, in an Aston Martin Vantage GT4 under the banner of his newly formed team, Triple M Automotive. Albutt aimed to progress further in GT racing through Britcar, seeking significant seat time and podium finishes in the highly competitive Class 4.
