Christopher Walsh

Christopher Walsh is an accomplished American racing driver who has quickly made a name for himself in the world of motorsports. Born and raised in a family with a strong military background, Walsh is also an active-duty Air Force Special Tactics Officer. Before transitioning to racing, he was a member of the U.S. Olympic Bobsled team, even reaching the Olympic trials in 2022, showcasing his athletic prowess and dedication to high-performance sports. Walsh's racing journey began unconventionally through sim racing, fueled by a lifelong passion for motorsports that started with Gran Turismo.

Currently, Walsh competes in the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge series, driving for the Carrus Callas Raceteam. He is the reigning TC America Champion for 2024, securing the title with eight wins and consistently finishing in the top two. In addition to his TC America success, Walsh has also achieved multiple podium finishes in the GT4 category and has experience in other racing disciplines, including street open wheel modifieds and Baja trophy lite trucks. Known for his disciplined approach and teamwork skills honed through his military and athletic experiences, Walsh is aiming to progress to faster machinery and compete in prestigious international races like the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa.

Off the track, Walsh is dedicated to supporting U.S. veterans and their families, partnering with non-profits like wear blue: run to remember and Operation Motorsport. He balances his racing career with his military duties and actively participates in competitive eSports, representing the Air Force competitive gaming team in sim racing.
