Alex Müller, born on January 20, 1979, is a German racing driver with a diverse career spanning various motorsport disciplines. Müller's journey began in karting in 1994, leading him to win the Formula Renault Germany championship in 1996. This early success propelled him into Formula Three, where he finished third in the German Formula Three Championship in 1997.
His career then took him to Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 and International Formula 3000 in 1998 and 1999. He also participated in the French Formula Three Championship and Euro F3000. In 2003, Müller explored opportunities in the IndyCar Series and NASCAR, competing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He later returned to Formula Three in 2005, securing second place in the Italian Formula Three Championship.
Müller has also been involved in endurance racing, including the FIA GT Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In 2009, he finished 31st overall and third in the GT1 category at Le Mans with Vitaphone Racing. In recent years, Müller has continued to race in GT series, including the FIA GT1 World Championship. Besides racing, Müller works as a racing driver instructor and consultant for Porsche, also coaching young drivers. He currently lives in Switzerland.
