Tomoki Nojiri, born on September 15, 1989, is a highly accomplished Japanese racing driver. Currently, he competes as a Honda factory driver in both the Super GT series for ARTA and in Super Formula for Team Mugen. He resides in Ibaraki, Japan, stands 165cm tall, and weighs 55kg. His hobbies include tennis and watching sports.
Nojiri's career began in karting, where he won the All-Japan Karting Championship FA class in 2006. He transitioned to single-seater racing, competing in Formula Challenge Japan and All-Japan Formula 3 Championship. In 2014, he debuted in Super Formula with Docomo Team Dandelion Racing and also entered Super GT in the GT300 class. He joined Team Mugen in 2019. His career highlights include back-to-back Super Formula championship titles in 2021 and 2022. In 2021, he won the championship before the final round, a feat not seen since 2009.
In Super GT, Nojiri moved to the GT500 class with ARTA in 2015. He secured his first GT500 victory in 2017 at Fuji Speedway. Together with Takuya Izawa, he finished third in the GT500 championship in 2018, with wins at Suzuka and Motegi. Nojiri's consistent performance and talent have solidified his position as a leading figure in Japanese motorsport. In 2023, he finished in 3rd place in Super Formula.
