Racing driver Théophile NAËL

Théophile Naël is a promising young French racing driver born on June 27, 2007, in Saint-Étienne. At just 17 years old, Naël has already built an impressive racing resume, demonstrating significant potential and skill. Currently, he is preparing to compete in the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship with Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR). Naël's journey in motorsport began at the young age of four in karting, where he quickly proved his talent by securing multiple national and international titles.

Naël transitioned to single-seater racing in 2022 and achieved significant success early on. In 2023, he dominated the Spanish F4 Championship, claiming eight victories and a total of 14 podiums. Continuing his momentum, he moved into Formula Regional in 2024, quickly adapting to the highly competitive fields of both the European and Middle East championships. He secured podium finishes in both series, including notable victories in Abu Dhabi (FRMEC) and Spielberg (FRECA). In 2024, he finished ninth in the Formula Regional European Championship and eleventh in the Formula Regional Middle East Championship.

Joining Van Amersfoort Racing for the 2025 FIA Formula 3 season marks a significant step in Naël's career. He took part in post-season testing with the team. VAR is confident in his ability to adapt and succeed in this highly competitive environment. Naël himself has expressed his excitement and ambition to tackle this new challenge with such a talented and historic team, aiming for great results on the track. Currently in the 2025 F3 season, he is standing in 2nd position.
