Takayuki Aoki

Takayuki Aoki, born on October 26, 1972, in Shiga, Japan, is a highly accomplished Japanese auto racing driver with a career spanning several decades. Aoki has made a name for himself primarily in the GT racing scene, achieving significant success in the Japanese GT Championship (JGTC) and its successor, Super GT. He secured the GT300 class championship in 2001 while driving a Nissan Silvia, showcasing his skill and adaptability.

Aoki's career extends beyond domestic racing, as he also participated in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC). He joined the Wiechers-Sport team for select rounds in 2008 and 2009, demonstrating his versatility on an international stage. In addition to his GT and touring car endeavors, Aoki has also been involved in other racing series, including Super Taikyu.
