Pierre Gasly

Pierre Gasly, born on February 7, 1996, is a French racing driver currently competing in Formula 1 for Alpine. Gasly's journey to F1 began in karting at the age of 10, followed by a successful climb through the junior racing ranks. He secured the Formula Renault Eurocup title in 2013 and the GP2 Series championship in 2016.

Gasly made his Formula 1 debut with Toro Rosso at the 2017 Malaysian Grand Prix. After a full season with Toro Rosso in 2018, he was promoted to Red Bull Racing in 2019. However, after struggling to match his teammate Max Verstappen, he returned to Toro Rosso mid-season. Back at Toro Rosso, later rebranded as AlphaTauri, Gasly found his stride, achieving his first podium at the 2019 Brazilian Grand Prix. The highlight of his career came in 2020 at the Italian Grand Prix, where he secured a memorable victory for AlphaTauri. In 2023, Gasly moved to Alpine, partnering with fellow Frenchman Esteban Ocon.
