Menasheh Idafar

Menasheh Idafar, born on March 13, 1991, is a British-Bahraini racing driver. He began his racing journey at a young age, quickly progressing through the ranks. Idafar's career highlights include winning the National Class of the British Formula 3 Championship in 2010.

Idafar's early career involved karting in Bahrain from 2005. In 2006, he moved to Formula ZIP cars, achieving multiple race wins. He made his UK racing debut in Formula Renault BARC in 2007, also participating in a Formula BMW race in Bahrain. In 2008, he secured multiple podiums in the Formula Renault BARC Championship, along with four pole positions. Progressing to Formula Renault UK, he achieved a best result of fifth place in the 2008 Winter Series and secured a podium in the 2009 Winter Series.

In 2010, Idafar's outstanding performance in the British Formula 3 Championship, driving for T-Sport, led him to win the National Class title. He secured 18 class wins, 29 podiums, 15 pole positions, and 23 fastest laps. This success paved the way for his move to the International Class in the following year. His family has a strong connection to Bahrain, with his mother, Houda Nonoo, being the first Jewish ambassador of Bahrain.
