Santiago Urrutia Lausarot, born on August 30, 1996, is a Uruguayan racing driver currently competing in the World Touring Car Cup (WTCR) for Cyan Performance Lynk & Co. Urrutia's motorsport journey began at a young age, transitioning from dirt motorcycling to karting in Uruguay. His early achievements include winning the Argentine Pre Junior Championship and the Uruguayan Master Championship.

Urrutia's career progressed through various junior series, including Formula Abarth, European F3 Open Championship, and the GP3 Series. A significant milestone was his victory in the 2015 Pro Mazda Championship, marking him as the first Uruguayan driver to win a major racing championship and earning him a promotion to Indy Lights. He competed in Indy Lights for several seasons, securing multiple race wins and finishing as runner-up in the 2016 season.

In 2019, Urrutia ventured into touring car racing, finishing third in the European TCR series and earning the Rookie of the Year title. He joined Cyan Racing in 2020 for their WTCR campaign, achieving multiple podiums and a race win. He continued with the team in subsequent WTCR seasons, consistently finishing in the top ranks and adding to his win tally.
