Duarte Pinto coelho

Duarte Pinto Coelho is a rising young talent in Portuguese motorsport. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, he began his racing career in karting, achieving considerable success by becoming the Portuguese Karting Champion, winning the Portuguese Karting Cup, and the Portuguese Karting Open. He consistently performed well in the Junior and 2020 classes.

In 2023, Duarte joined the FPAK Junior Team, showcasing his abilities in the Ginetta G40. He considers the Ginetta G40 an excellent car for those coming out of karts, calling it a good school car, and an excellent entry into GT racing.

Currently, Duarte Pinto Coelho is competing in the Iberian Supercars and Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade season with Lema Racing, driving an Audi R8 LMS GT4 alongside experienced teammate Bruno Pires. He sees this as an important step in his career and aims to grow as a driver in this highly competitive championship. In July 2024, he drove a Mercedes AMG with Bruno Pires and managed to get into the 'top 10' overall and seventh in the Pro category. Duarte aspires to consistently progress and secure top positions in future races.
