Caitlin Wood is a 28-year-old Australian racing driver making waves on the international motorsport scene. Born on January 15, 1997, in Maitland, New South Wales, Wood began her racing journey in karting at the age of seven, inspired by her brother's involvement in the sport. This early passion quickly evolved into a dedicated pursuit, leading her to compete in junior ranks in Australia before making a bold move to Europe at the age of 18 to chase her racing dreams.

Wood's career has seen her compete in a variety of championships, showcasing her versatility and talent. These include the European GT4 Championship, the Blancpain GT Series in a GT3 Lamborghini, and the W Series, an all-women's Formula 3 championship where she represented Australia.
