Rik Koen

Rik Koen is a Dutch racing driver born on May 4, 2004, in Arnhem, Gelderland, Netherlands. Currently 20 years old, Koen has built a diverse racing background, starting with karting at the age of five. He progressed through the ranks, achieving a ticket to the World Championship in Sarno, Italy, in 2016.

Koen transitioned to car racing, initially competing in the Dutch Ford Fiesta Sprint Cup where he secured second place in the championship. He then moved to single-seaters, joining MP Motorsport in the Spanish Formula 4 Championship in 2021. More recently, Koen has been involved in endurance racing, participating in the Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux and the Michelin Le Mans Cup. In 2024, he competed in the Michelin Le Mans Cup - LMP3 with Inter Europol Competition, achieving 11th position. His career highlights include a podium finish in the Le Mans Cup.

Rik's journey reflects a determined pursuit of his motorsport dream, which includes racing at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Outside of racing, he has his own company in car detailing and instructing on the track.
