Indy Dontje

Indy Dontje, born on November 21, 1992, is a Dutch racing driver hailing from Alkmaar, Netherlands. Dontje's career began in karting in 2005, supported by his father Arthur Dontje, who had his own karting team, and he quickly ascended through the ranks, competing in Rotax Max classes and the German Karting Championship. He later ventured into the SKUSA SuperNationals in the USA, securing a third-place finish in 2010.

Transitioning to single-seaters, Dontje joined Team Motopark in the ADAC Formel Masters, part of the Lotus F1 junior program, achieving a podium finish at the Sachsenring. He continued with Team Motopark in 2013, winning races at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben and the Red Bull Ring, ultimately finishing sixth in the series standings. In 2014, he raced in the ATS Formel 3 Cup, also with Team Motopark.

Dontje then transitioned to GT racing, becoming a Mercedes-Benz GT3 driver. He debuted in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring in 2016 with Black Falcon. In 2017, he switched to the ADAC GT Masters, scoring two podiums with the Mercedes-AMG GT. In 2023, Dontje joined Winward Racing in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup.
