Necchi's passion for motorsport was ignited early, influenced by his father's background as a motorcycle champion. While mechanical issues sometimes hindered his progress, Necchi consistently demonstrated competitive spirit and skill on the track.
Necchi's career highlights include participation in the European Formula Two Championship, with notable performances such as a second-place finish at Donington Park in 1978 and several podiums.
