Benjamin Ricci is a French racing driver who has been making a name for himself in the GT racing scene. In 2019, racing with teammate Thomas Drouet, Ricci secured a victory in Race 2 of the French Championship FFSA GT at Magny-Cours driving a Mercedes for the Akka-ASP team.
Ricci has experience racing in the GT4 European Series, where he and his father, Mauro Ricci, have competed together for several seasons. In 2022, he received a temporary Bronze driver categorization derogation for the GT4 European Series. More recently, the father-son duo achieved a significant milestone in the Fanatec GT2 European Series. During their debut at the Red Bull Ring in 2023, they not only participated but also claimed the first-ever victory for the new Mercedes-AMG GT2 with Akkodis ASP Team.
