Jonathan Cecotto

Jonathan Cecotto, born in Munich, Germany, on July 31, 1999, is a Venezuelan racing driver with a diverse motorsport background. Cecotto began his racing career at a young age, starting with karting at age four and progressing through various karting championships from 2003 to 2013. His early karting achievements included competing in the Easykart Championship and the Kart Gran Prix Championship.

In 2014, Cecotto transitioned to single-seater racing, testing Formula BMW, Formula Abarth, and Formula 4 cars. The following year, he participated in the German ADAC Formula 4 Championship and tested Formula 3, LMP3, and Porsche GT3 Cup cars, showcasing his versatility and ambition. By 2016, he entered the Italian Porsche GT4 Championship, marking his move into GT racing.

Since 2017, Jonathan Cecotto has been associated with Lamborghini, competing in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo European Championship (2017) and the Lamborghini Super Trofeo USA Championship (2018). He also participated in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Finals in Jerez in 2019. Throughout his career, Cecotto has achieved notable success, including multiple wins and podium finishes in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo series. As of 2025, he has accumulated 18 wins and 48 podiums out of 111 races started, demonstrating his competitive edge and skill in the world of motorsports. In 2020, Cecotto was named a Lamborghini Young Driver, further solidifying his position as a promising talent in the sport.
