Olav Vaa is a rising talent from Norway making waves in the motorsport world. Born in Norway, the young driver began his racing journey in 2021, quickly demonstrating his potential in Formula Basic, a championship featuring wingless Formula Ford cars. He proved to be a title contender early on. In 2024, Vaa clinched the Formula Basic Championship, marking a significant milestone in his burgeoning career.
His career progressed into Formula Nordic, competing with Formula 4 single-seaters. In 2023, he secured a commendable fourth-place overall finish in the Formula Nordic series, also earning recognition as the third-best rookie. Adding to his international experience, Olav proudly represented Norway at the FIA Motorsport Games in Formula 4 in 2024, finishing 12th.
In 2025, Vaa embarks on a new chapter, partnering with his brother Andreas Vaa to compete in the Iberian Supercars season with Lema Racing.
