Lucas Ordóñez Martín-Esperanza, born on May 1, 1985, is a Spanish former race car driver whose entry into professional racing is quite unique. He transitioned from virtual to reality by winning the inaugural Nissan PlayStation GT Academy competition in 2008. Before his racing career, Lucas was studying for an MBA and saw the GT Academy as his last chance to fulfill his dreams of becoming a racing driver.
