Kevin Nai Chia Chen, born on April 2, 1979, is a Taiwanese racing driver who holds the distinction of being the first Taiwanese driver to obtain an FIA A license. Chen's racing career has seen him compete in various championships across different continents, showcasing his versatility and skill behind the wheel. He began his racing journey in the United States, participating in the SCCA National Championships where he achieved considerable success, including winning the SCCA Touring 2 Championship in 2003 and the SCCA Regional Touring 1 in 2004.
Chen's career progressed to Asia, where he participated in the Formula V6 Asia series, securing podium finishes at Sepang, Malaysia, and Sentul, Indonesia. In 2009, he made his mark in European racing, competing in the British Formula Three Championship. Furthermore, Chen joined the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) in 2010, driving a BMW 320si for Scuderia Proteam in the Japan Okayama round and Macau Grand Prix. Beyond racing, Chen is an FIA A instructor, coaching aspiring drivers in Taiwan, China, Japan, Malaysia, and the United States.
In addition to his on-track accomplishments, Chen has also been involved in various promotional activities, serving as a spokesperson for Microsoft Xbox 360 Forza in Taiwan and BMW China Mission 3 Event.
