Julien Lambert, a 38-year-old native of Louveciennes near Paris, embodies the spirit of a true gentleman driver. Transforming from a passionate enthusiast into a successful racer on weekends, Lambert has carved out a notable presence in the world of motorsports.
Lambert's journey began in 2012 in Mitjet 1300 with the BM 92 team. He spent three seasons in Mitjet 2 Litres, finishing twice as Vice-Champion. In 2018, Lambert showcased his adaptability by transitioning to GT4 racing, securing a Vice-Champion title in the Am class. He has partnered with Nicolas Gomar. Together, they dominated the Am class of the Championnat de France FFSA GT, driving a Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR. Lambert acknowledged the challenges posed by the new 718 Cayman, noting its engine improvements but also its struggles with power in hot conditions.
In 2019, Lambert participated in the Ultimate Cup Auto in Valencia, marking his debut in the Mitjet Supertourisme series. Invited by Christophe Cresp, he achieved immediate success, winning the first race. Looking ahead, Lambert expressed his desire to continue with AGS Events in GT4, valuing the camaraderie and shared passion within the team.
