Jacob Eidson is an American racing driver born on May 24, 1995. Eidson's career began in karting, where he achieved early success by winning the 2010 Rocky Mountain Challenge in the TAG Jr. class, competing with Superkarts! USA. He transitioned to single-seater racing in 2012, joining the Skip Barber F2000 Series. In the Skip Barber series, he demonstrated his talent by winning the Winter Series, Summer Series, and another Winter Series championship.
In 2013, Eidson joined Cape Motorsports w/ Wayne Taylor Racing for the F1600 Championship Series, securing seven wins out of twelve races in his Honda-powered Spectrum 012. His performance earned him a Team USA Scholarship, allowing him to compete in the Formula Ford Festival and Walter Hayes Trophy in England. At the Formula Ford Festival, he won a qualifying round and finished fifth in the main event. He continued his racing career, later participating in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA by Yokohama, where he received the inaugural IMSA Hurley Haywood GT3 Cup Scholarship.
Eidson's career has included participation in various racing events and series, showcasing his skills in different types of racing cars. According to Racing Sports Cars, between 2019 and 2021, he participated in 5 events with 5 finishes.
