Małgorzata Agnieszka "Gosia" Rdest, born on January 14, 1993, is a Polish racing driver who currently competes in the Alpine Elf Europa Cup. Rdest's journey in motorsport began relatively late, as she discovered her passion for cars at the age of twelve after attending a car show. This interest led her to karting, where she quickly excelled, securing the Polish Karting Championship in the Junior category in 2011.
Transitioning to car racing in 2012, Rdest was scouted by BMW Motorsport and participated in the Formula BMW Talent Cup, achieving impressive results in her debut. She then progressed to the BRDC Formula 4 Championship and later ventured into saloon racing, competing in series like the Volkswagen Castrol Cup. In 2015, she focused on the Polish VW Golf Cup, showcasing her consistency with numerous top-ten finishes. Rdest has also participated in prestigious events such as the Dubai 24 Hours, securing a class win in 2020. She has experience in the W Series, stepping in as a reserve driver in multiple races.
Throughout her career, Gosia Rdest has demonstrated versatility and determination, competing in various racing disciplines and series across Europe. She has also been a consistent competitor in the Alpine Elf Europa Cup, securing a podium finish at Magny-Cours.
