Darren Malkin, born on October 25, 1976, is a British racing driver with a diverse career spanning various motorsport disciplines. Malkin's early career showed promise in single-seaters. In 1995, he finished second in the Formula Vauxhall Junior Championship. The following year, he secured third place in the British Formula Ford Championship. He continued to impress in Formula Renault, finishing third in the UK championship in 1997. He also competed in Formula Euro Opel and the EFDA Euroseries, achieving second place in 1999.
In more recent years, Malkin has been involved in GT racing. He participated in the British GT Championship Cup in 2004 with Atlanta Motorsport, driving a Renault Clio V6. Currently, in 2024 and 2025, he's been competing in the Michelin Le Mans Cup - GT3, driving an Audi R8 LMS Evo II for Steller Motorsport.
Beyond racing, Malkin has also worked as a stunt driver in films such as "Rush," "Annihilation," and "Kingsman: The Secret Service." His racing achievements include 11 wins and 18 podium finishes from 41 races started.
