Minkwan Han

Minkwan Han, born on July 2, 1980, is a South Korean professional racing driver. Han began his racing journey in 2008 as part of the SNBC Racing Team, and has since participated in numerous competitions, including the Ecsta Time Trial Championship, DDGT, and Super Race. Beyond racing, he has also appeared on several automotive programs, including a regular spot on MBC's Car Center. In 2024, Han competed in the GT World Challenge Asia with Volgas Motorsports.

Han's interest in racing was sparked by watching racing games on TV, leading him to purchase a used car and start amateur racing. His dedication quickly translated into success, with his first major victory coming in 2010 in the GTM (GT Masters) series Elisa class. Before joining Volgas Motorsports, Han was associated with various racing teams, including SNBC Racing, Catch a car/Red Speed, Loctite-HK, Seohan-Purple Motorsport, MBC Casenta Team, Da Eun, Euro Motorsport, Bit R&D, and Elane Racing. In 2015, while with Loctite-HK, Han achieved 3rd place in the Genesis Coupe Championship 20 Class at the Korea Speed Festival.

In his first year in the GT World Challenge Asia, Han and his Vollgas Motorsport team secured third place in their class. Teaming up with Jaehyun Kim, Han achieved a top-10 finish and second place in the Silver-Am class. He continues to actively participate in motorsports, demonstrating his enduring passion for racing.
