Maxim Dirickx

Maxim Dirickx is a young and promising Belgian racing driver making his mark in the world of motorsports. Born on May 7, 2004, in Kontich, Belgium, Dirickx began his racing journey relatively late, at the age of 16, but quickly proved his talent and dedication. Despite his late start, Dirickx's passion for racing was ignited, leading him to excel in karting.

Dirickx spent three years honing his skills in karting, achieving considerable success. He was crowned Dutch champion twice and Belgian champion once in the Rotax-DD2 class, showcasing his natural ability and competitive spirit. In 2023, he finished third in the Benelux championship and sixth in the European Championship, further solidifying his reputation as a rising star.

In 2024, Dirickx transitioned to prototype racing, joining Gebhardt Motorsport in the Prototype Cup Germany. He shares a Duqueine D08 with Sven Barth, benefiting from the experience of established teammates like Markus Pommer and Valentino Catalano. With the guidance of Marco Werner, a three-time Le Mans winner, Dirickx aims to develop his skills and achieve his goal of becoming a works driver.
