Jörg's career began in karting in 2007, where he participated in numerous championships across Switzerland. Transitioning to single-seaters in 2011, he competed in Formula Abarth and the Formula BMW Talent Cup. He achieved consistent results, finishing sixth in both the European and Italian Formula Abarth championships in 2012.
