Yannick Mettler, born October 26, 1989, is a Swiss racing driver with a diverse motorsport background. From Lucerne, Switzerland, he currently resides in Zürich. Mettler's career began in karting in 2004, progressing through national kart races and achieving wins in the Swiss Kart Championship and DKM. His success led to a test day in a Formula car after winning the Swiss Kart Challenge title in 2008.

Transitioning to Formula racing in late 2009, Mettler quickly made an impact in the Formula Lista Junior, securing two wins and multiple podium finishes, earning him the vice-champion title. He further honed his skills in the German Formula 3 Cup with Team Bordoli Motorsport and later with Performance Racing, achieving a win, several podiums, and top-5 placements. In 2014, Mettler shifted towards prototype racing, achieving a win and a second-place finish in the AvD Sports Car Challenge.

Mettler made his debut in touring car and endurance racing in 2016. He has achieved numerous successes in GT racing, including wins in the GT3, GT4, TCR, and BMW M235 Cup categories. His experience extends to various GT cars, including the Mercedes-AMG GT3 and Porsche 992 GT3R. As a Silver-rated FIA driver, he currently races for Getspeed and CBRX by SPS, with his favorite tracks being the Nürburgring Nordschleife, Zandvoort, Mugello, and Portimao. In 2024, he is competing in the Fanatec GT Endurance Cup with teammates Anthony Bartone, James Kell, and Aaron Walker driving a Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO.
