Steven Thomas is an American racing driver and attorney, born on July 12, 1967. As a gentleman driver, he has participated in several endurance racing events, including the FIA World Endurance Championship, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, IMSA Prototype Challenge, and Michelin Le Mans Cup.
In 2021, Thomas entered the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with his team, WIN Autosport, driving an Oreca 07 in the LMP2 category, partnered with Tristan Nunez. The following year, he joined PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports, continuing in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in an Oreca 07 LMP2, with Jonathan Bomarito as his teammate. Josh Pierson and Harry Tincknell joined the team for endurance races, including the 24 Hours of Daytona.
In 2022, Thomas competed in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Algarve Pro Racing, alongside James Allen and René Binder. Notably, he secured first place in the LMP2 Pro/Am subclass at the 24 Hours of Le Mans that same year with Allen and Binder. He continues to be an active racer, participating in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in 2025 with TDS Racing, driving an Oreca 07. Throughout his racing career, Steven Thomas has achieved 7 wins, 22 podium finishes, and 5 pole positions in 62 races started.
